            Religion affects culture in some ways. It kind of depends on how strict you are of your religion, because the ones that are more strict can have their culture affected more than a person who doesn't take it all that seriously. Like in some religions you aren't allowed to eat certain types of meat, like  in the Jewish religion they can't eat pigs, so they have to go throughout their lives without having to eat bacon, ham and stuff while we can. Because they think they are dirty and stuff like that. Some Jews do because they aren't as strict as others. 
            In the Muslim religion, they have to fast for a month, so they aren't allowed so eat or drink from sunrise to sunset. That affects the Muslims here because some have sports and school and some are teachers. They have to be careful at practice because they might pass out from not eating or get dehydrated so they might have to break it a little bit and eat or drink. For school they have to sit at lunch, really hungry, and watch other kids eat their lunch and smell the food in the cafetaria. Some kids though don't follow that. It really kind of depends on how strict you are of your religion.

Latin America

I am writing this about abortion in Latin America. It is a crime for any woman to have an abortion, under any circumsance, even if the mother's life is at risk or if she got raped. I agree with that because I think abortion is a crime and it is killing a life. But in Cuba, it is legal under certain circumstances. The woman also have to get approval from the governent to have an abortion, mostly when the mother's life is at risk or if they have been raped. I don't think that is right because even if they were raped, they could give the baby up for adoption so someone who can't have a child can have one.
Believe it or not, even though it is illegal there but it is not here, they have a higher abortion rate and death rate of women that has had an abortion than we do. It is because the rich women hire private doctors to perform the abortion and the poor woman hire really bad doctors or they just do it themselves. I think that the doctors that do perform these abortions should have a consequence since they are breaking the law. That way other doctors will tell the woman no so they won't have to go to jail or get fired for doing an abortion. Also the government should keep a closer watch on doctors so they do know when a doctor is performing abortions. That way the abortion rate can go down.
